cancellation of a portfolio transaction by mutual agreement with the
institutional investor. The transaction amounting to EUR 16.5
million was
closed on 30 June 2008.The cancellation will not affect the financial figures of ESTAVIS AG, as
the transaction had not been considered in any of the Company's previous
financial reports.
